The Opportunity This is a field-based, in-person sales role built for someone who wants to: Get out from behind a desk Visit buildings Build real relationships Build and grow a strong book of business Responsibilities- What You’ll Be Doing You will operate in the real world—not just behind a screen. Visit commercial buildings across North Chicagoland / I-94 corridor: Office towers Hotels Schools & universities Hospitals Identify and engage decision-makers: Facility Managers Property Managers Evaluate entryways and recommend customized solutions Present a product that is both visual and tactile (this is not abstract selling) Manage deals from: Build a repeatable pipeline based on 3–4 year replacement cycles Why This Role Is Different 1.
