Lifeguard

As a Lifeguard, you'll be responsible for monitoring aquatic activities and ensuring the safety of all guests. You’ll enforce pool rules, respond to emergencies, and help maintain a clean and safe swimming environment. What You’ll Do Supervise swimmers and guests in and around pool or aquatic areas Recognize and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies Enforce pool rules in a consistent and respectful manner Perform first aid, CPR, and water rescues as needed Inspect pool areas and equipment daily for safety concerns Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, restrooms, and lifeguard stations Complete reports for incidents, rescues, or rule violations What You Get Competitive hourly pay Employee meals and discounts Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Requirements Must hold a current Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization Must also hold current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications Ability to remain calm under pressure and act quickly in emergencies Must be alert, dependable, and able to work outdoors in all weather Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be at least 16 years of age Weekend, holiday, and evening availability preferred Still Think This Is For You?
