Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab RN with experience in TAVR and Mitral Clip procedures to join a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will perform complex cardiac interventions and provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TAVR and Mitral Clip procedures efficiently and safely.
• Scrub and assist during specialized cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after interventions.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document all procedures and patient information accurately in medical records.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current clinical practice experience.
• Proven experience with TAVR, Mitral/Tri Clips, Carotid stenting, TMVR, PFOs, and Watchman procedures.
• Ability to scrub and assist during complex cardiology interventions.
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and invasive procedures.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend and holidays as per hospital policy.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
