Summary The Beauty Advisor provides exceptional customer service and drives sales for the Natura Bisse product line. The role builds lasting customer relationships through expert beauty consultations, personalized service, and effective clienteling. Responsibilities Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals. Build customer relationships and provide expert product guidance and beauty consultations. Use clienteling tools to maintain client information and preferences and follow up with customers. Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter. Work effectively with team members and serve as a liaison with the designated account executive. Requirements At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment. Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quotas. Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills. Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and learn clienteling software.
