Who You Are The Supply Chain team is seeking a Subcontract Management, Senior What You Will Be Doing The Subcontract Management senior will be handling supplier source selection, purchase order placement and administration. Duties also include cost/price analysis, negotiations, documentation, purchase order maintenance and interface with functional organizations and supplier management. Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Procurement of build to principle.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university Experience in (2) of the following: -Experience with variety of contract types including Firm-Fixed Price Contracts Cost type Contracts Time and Material Contracts -Leading high stakes negotiations with suppliers -Negotiating Terms & Conditions with suppliers - Managing complex contracts at a variety of dollar values

Desired skills

+4 years' in supply chain management and/or procurement Proficient use of MS Excel and Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Works independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities Experience with analyzing complex problems and recommending solutions

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
