Real Estate Paralegal

We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a well-established law firm in Lakeland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment and has experience managing commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract through closing. Responsibilities Review title commitments and identify title issues Prepare closing documents and real estate transaction paperwork Coordinate commercial and residential real estate closings Conduct due diligence reviews and assist with transaction management Communicate with attorneys, lenders, title companies, clients, and other parties throughout the closing process Maintain accurate files and ensure deadlines are met Provide administrative and legal support as needed Qualifications Previous experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in a law firm is required Paralegal Certificate required Experience with commercial and/or residential real estate transactions Strong knowledge of real estate closing documents and title review Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with ClosingVue is a plus Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and paid holidays If you're an experienced Real Estate Paralegal looking to join a respected legal team with a collaborative culture, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
