Develop and implement effective, personalized treatment plans.Ongoing Support & Education: Empower families by teaching them techniques and strategies to improve communication, and create home programs to support progress beyond therapy sessions.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in line with payer guidelines and Montana's speech therapy regulations.Contribute to the Team: Participate in team meetings, collaborate on goals for patients, and share knowledge with teammates to enhance the quality of care provided.Community Engagement: Help advocate for therapy services in local schools, daycares, and other community sites to raise awareness and expand access to services.What We're Looking For:A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent program.Ability to obtain an SLP license in Montana (Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply!).Enjoyment of working with diverse populations, especially children, and family-centered care.CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred or to be completed within 90 days of hire).A current driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle for travel to clients' homes and community locations.Ready to Make a Difference?
