Skills Required: Per UDIs on-call required: 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend. Weekends required: Some Saturdays are required for regular shifts - this will not be an extra shift but part of the 4 schedules shifts for the week. Every 4th weekend on call.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - may float to IR, EP

Open to accommodating block schedule? No

Locals Accepted: No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility

Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks

Unit Information:

• Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiac Cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, Structural Heart (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip)
• Interventional Radiology: Lines, Drains, Embolizations, Lower/upper extremities, Fistulas, Visceral Angio/intervention, Stroke Thrombectomy.
• NeurointerventionCRM Device implants

Required: EP Experience, IR Experience, Vascular Experience, Monitoring, Neuro Experience

Preferred: CTO, Peripherals, Venous Access, Rhythm Interpretation, Philips X-Ray System, Variety of Atherectomy Devices, Variety of Thrombectomy Devices, Temporary LVAD support, McKesson for Cath Lab, MacLab/Cardio Lab for EP, RCIS or ARRT required for Cath Lab

References Required: 2 References covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start. Can include Charge RNs/Lead

Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours requires PM approval. Modules are completed pre-start, and annually. Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts
