What You Will Do
- Onboard new clients onto the platform, guiding them through the end-to-end dissolution process.
- Handle critical activities such as filing IRS 966, creating asset transfer agreements, and distributing capital to investors.
- Become a subject matter expert in corporate wind-downs, providing seamless support to clients at any stage of the process.
- Own the customer experience throughout the dissolution, ensuring high CSAT/NPS scores and quick response times.
- Continuously identify and propose improvements to enhance the client experience and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product changes that position the company as a leading solution in the market.
- 2-6 years of experience in client success, operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Zendesk or similar customer support tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and empathizing with clients during sensitive situations.
- Experience in corporate law or familiarity with dissolution processes.
- A proven track record of improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and make informed judgment calls.
