The Refinish Technician thoroughly mixes, color matches and refinishes each vehicle while playing a pivotal role toward Gerber's promise of speed, quality and customer excellence. The Refinish Technician works in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility's KPIs and is committed to being a dedicated Brand Ambassador of Gerber Collision & Glass at all times.
