Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
• Must have 2 years of experience in specialty
• ED, Inpatient, and Outpatient experience required
• Float between ED, main campus, outpatient, and clinics within walking distance of main campus
• Work with all patient age groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
• 7 rooms available for patient care
• GE equipment experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Travel experience required - unit does not accept first time travelers
• Must be over 65 miles from facility (address on driver's license to site address)
• Required to work holidays if workday falls on a holiday
• Required certifications: ARRT (CT), BLS (AHA)
• Louisiana license required (Compact or LA license in hand upon submittal)
• Strict no call-in policy enforced
• May be assigned to Emergency Team during hurricane season (June 1 - November 30) with expectation to stay at facility until storm passes

This major healthcare system operates as a comprehensive medical center providing emergency, inpatient, and outpatient CT imaging services. The facility features modern GE equipment and maintains 7 imaging rooms to serve patients across all age groups. The medical center utilizes Epic charting systems and provides interdisciplinary radiology support. The organization maintains strict attendance policies and high standards for patient care, requiring experienced travelers who can work independently across multiple departments and locations within the campus.
