Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Artēgan Communities Artēgan Communities is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to support resident health and well-being across our Retirement, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities. You'll work closely with our Community RN to assess resident needs, manage care plans, and be a trusted clinical resource for our Resident Services team. What you’ll do Complete resident assessments and health evaluations, develop and update individualized service plans, monitor residents' physical and mental well-being, respond to health concerns and emergencies, and serve as a clinical resource and trainer for care staff. Weekend and after-hours availability may be required. What we’re looking for Current, unencumbered LPN license in good standing At least 21 years of age; graduate of an accredited nursing program Current CPR and First Aid certification Experience with dementia and/or mental health care preferred Strong assessment, communication, and multi-tasking skills Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Able to pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening

• This position is part-time, primarily on Saturday each week.
• Wage negotiable based on proven experience.
