Warehouse Administrator/Office Clerk
Seeking experienced warehouse administrator/office clerk with great administrative skills to help our warehouse team.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reviews daily outgoing shipments to the restaurants schedule and, in discussion with other warehouse team members, plans and prioritizes daily work schedule to meet customer delivery requirements.
Tasks include:
- Alerting team members of any special truck loading configuration or restaurant delivery requirements.
- Reviewing daily inventory of finished goods in warehouse against anticipated delivery schedules to minimize amount of handling and damage to finished product.
- Producing all distribution paperwork, filing, printing and recording all shipments.
- Acting as liaison between PR corp, distribution to ensure all shipments are shipped on time.
- Walking paperwork and product through our facilities. Cycle counts and inventory all stock products.
- Pulling single orders and assisting in other work areas when needed.
