We're seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team and contribute to the products and systems our customers use every day. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with experienced engineers across frontend, backend, data, and integration functions. You'll gain hands-on experience with the codebase, learn how enterprise-grade software is built, and help deliver solutions that solve real customer challenges.

What you'll do:

• Develop and deliver product features with support and mentorship from senior engineers
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Assist with the development of integrations, internal applications, and platform enhancements
• Troubleshoot issues and learn to diagnose problems across multiple areas of the technology stack
• Participate in code reviews and adopt engineering best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality software solutions
• Gradually take ownership of larger features and projects as your skills and experience grow

What we're looking for:

• 0-2 years of software engineering experience (or equivalent - including internships, academic projects, open-source contributions, or professional experience)
• Strong foundation in computer science principles and at least one modern programming language or framework
• Demonstrated initiative through personal projects, research, or open-source work
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
• Excitement about working closely with a collaborative, highly skilled, in-person team

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or large language model technologies
• Academic or project experience involving complex workflows, data-intensive applications, or automation systems
• Previous experience working at a startup or within a small, fast-moving team
