Job Description Job Description Attention ALL PET PASSIONATE Austinites! We are looking for a Clinic Concierge team member for Austin's ONLY privately owned Urgent Care animal clinic, ASAP Vet. We are seeking a friendly and engaging candidate, ready and willing to join a dynamic team and take their career in the veterinary field to new heights. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in making sure their experience with our hospital is positive and welcoming. As a Client Concierge Rep, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing medical records. You will work closely with our veterinary staff to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care for their pets.
