A well-funded start-up with thriving treatment centers in multiple states is seeking a Primary Therapist that will be groomed into a clinical leader. The treatment center will open for Virtual services in May with anticipated in-person services for PHP and IOP beginning in August. The clients being treated will be adult males from ages 18 to 55 struggling with primary Mental Health Diagnosis and Co-Occurring Substance Use Disorders and Process Addictions. The average length of treatment will be 90-days but patients will be eligible to stay longer in Sober Living if needed.

The ideal candidate will come from a military background or has strong leadership qualities/experience from another industry prior to their behavioral health career. This individual will start as the sole Primary Therapist and be groomed to begin overseeing all therapists hired beginning around month four.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide therapy services and clinical interventions that meet the the individualized needs of the clients, groups and families.
• Participate in the development of therapy services and programs.
• Provide therapy services based in the application of integrative treatment modalities of mental health and/or addictive disorders.
• Contact the family of clients to facilitate counseling sessions and ongoing family therapy when appropriate.
• Facilitate education groups and one-on-one meetings with clients.
• Collaborate with management team to maintain all safety policies, procedures and protocols pertaining to therapy and treatment.
• Update clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and insurance contracts and in the appropriate format within 24 hours of the service taking place.
• Monitor the clients and client groups for safety concerns and corrects potential risks for clients and staff.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Masters Degree
• Clinical or pending license as LMFT, LCSW or LPC
