Whether you have prior automotive sales experience or are looking to break into the car business from retail, hospitality, or customer service, we provide the training, support, and culture needed to build a long-term career.

• Salary guarantee of $3,000 per month with potential of $7,000 per month

• Guide customers through the vehicle-buying process by asking the right questions and actively listening

• Become a product expert on new and pre-owned GM vehicles, features, packages, and technology

• Deliver professional, engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business

• Learn and confidently overcome objections in a fast-paced sales environment

• Maintain accurate customer and deal documentation

• Report directly to Sales Management on goals, performance, and activity

• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism every day

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Automotive sales or car dealership experience

• Background in retail sales, hospitality, restaurant, call center, IT, or customer service
