Growth has created opportunities for accountants who value exceptional client service, work-life balance, and a Franchise network with 645 employees and more than 100 offices across the U.S. What you’ll do Demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices. Stay current on the latest cloud-based accounting technology. Support client onboarding for assigned engagements in accordance with defined processes. Execute processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management, accounting entries, monthly closing, and preparation of financial reporting and analysis. May include payroll, HR administration, and special projects as assigned. Collaborate with your manager and team to ensure clients are delighted with our services through timely communication, meeting deadlines, and high-quality accounting support. Manage day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters. Identify opportunities to provide additional services or tools to drive client value and efficiency. Embrace coaching and feedback to help meet team and client goals. What you’ll bring to the table Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. 5+ years of transactional accounting experience in a professional environment required. Experience in a multi-client environment and with small to mid-sized businesses is highly preferred. Experience using QuickBooks or similar cloud-based accounting software. Ability to work 30-40 hours per week during traditional daytime hours. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to follow established policies and procedures consistently and accurately. A passion for delighting clients and helping small businesses succeed. Ability to develop strong remote client relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing of best practices. Commitment to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when working with client data. Dedicated workspace with reliable, high-speed internet.
