Location: Las Vegas, NV (657 North Town Center Drive)

Start Date: ASAP or upon approval

Duration: 13 weeks (with possibility of extension)

Shift: Various shifts available; 8-12 hours per shift

Hours/Week: 36-40

Employment Type: Travel Contract / Per Diem

License/Certifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (required)

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in NICU setting

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based neonatal care to critically ill newborns in Level-III NICUs
• Manage complex neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation and inhaled nitric oxide therapy
• Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization efforts
• Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric specialists across multiple sites
• Rotate through various hospital units, providing continuous 24/7 care coverage
• Support families through compassionate communication and education
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities

What You Need

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum 2 years NICU experience
• Proficiency in neonatal advanced interventions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
