1) SQL Strong SQL skills are essential for data modeling and querying

2) ETL Tools Familiarity with tools like Talend, Informatica, or Semarchy xDI

3) APIsWeb Services For integrating Semarchy with other systems

NICE TO Haves

Cloud Infrastructure Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes) is a plus CICD Pipelines (GitHub Actions, Code Pipeline) Linux experience Python Knowledge of APIs

1. Master Data Management (MDM) Concepts Understanding of data domains (e.g., customer, product, supplier) Data governance, stewardship, and lifecycle management Data quality, matching, merging, and survivorship rules

2. Semarchy xDM Platform Knowledge Installation and configuration of Semarchy xDM

3. Data modeling and application design, match and merge rules, workflows, and dashboards Integration with source systems (ETLELT pipelines) Security (user roles, access control)

4. Soft Skills: Analytical thinking and problem-solving Documentation and communication 1-2 yrs Experience in data engineering, MDM, or data integration Prior exposure to tools like Informatica, Talend, or other MDM platforms is helpful
