Job Overview The Mission Trainer – Team Lead leads the DCD training program, developing curriculum and delivering training on DCD capabilities, services, and Army intelligence systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and deliver training material driving intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. Provide lesson plans and curricula in support of educational goals. Review emerging policy and doctrine publications and incorporate into training products. Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems. Lead Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) to various locations. Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requirements Minimum Requirements/Education Bachelor's degree with 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or IC within the last 15 years, OR Associate's degree with 12 years' experience. 5+ years demonstrated experience conducting training at U.S. locations. 5+ years drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards. Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
