Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical to provide patient care on a 13-week assignment. The role involves working overnight shifts to support acute care needs in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical surgical unit.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to urgent situations appropriately.
• Document patient status and interventions in accordance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Texas or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• Ability to work overnight shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• CPR and ACLS certification preferred.
