Project Director

Salary: $85,000 This position is set to start in October 2026 Position Summary: The SBHE Project Director of Seminole Behavioral Health Expansion (SBHE) project in the implementation of the System of Care, Children’s Mental Health grant awarded by Federal Substance Abuse Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA). The Project Director is a member of the S BHE grant management team and will work collaboratively to implement the strategic plan. This position requires knowledge and experience in Project Management, Systems of Care, Mental Health, Child/Youth serving systems and having leadership background in administration to successfully support implementation and adoption of the grant initiative goals. Technical/Functional Expectations:

1. Assist with Monitoring Program Performance/ Adherence to Contract Measures – essential function: This position works to monitor performance in accordance with contractual measures and provides strategic direction to produce desiredoutcomes.
2. Clinical consultation – essential function: This position will provide mental health consultation to the Care Coordinators and Peer Advocates working with for children, youth and adults in SBHEprogram.
3. Strength Based Family/Youth Centered Practice Orientation – essential function: This position is expected to work in a Strength Based Family-Centered manner in order to enhance Agency Wraparound philosophy andvalues.
4. Data Reporting – essential function: Responsible for data tracking, analyzing and summarizing data, and data presentation in multiple forums.
5. Continuous Learning: Attend workshops, review professional publications, and participate in professional societies to maintain current knowledge of instructionaltechnologies.
6. Other duties as required: Job performance requires fulfilling other incidental or related duties as assigned, assisting and training others, and performing duties of higher rated positions for developmentalpurposes.

Business Experience: Master's Degree in a Social Service-related field or business-related fieldrequired. License in Mental Health, Social Work or relatedpreferred.
