DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring for a full‑time DISHWASHER position located at Heathwood Hall, 3000 South Beltline Boulevard, Columbia, SC 29201. Only online applications are accepted. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Full‑time. Pay Range: $12.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour. Requirements: Previous dishwashing experience preferred. Responsibilities Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, wash by hand or place in racks or on conveyor to the dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation. Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation. Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation. Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures. Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards. Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards. Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces. Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Help load and unload supplies and product.
