Process routine policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately within our system. Act as a primary point of contact for our policyholders in Waterbury and beyond. Review client accounts to ensure they have adequate protection based on their evolving life stages. Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve billing discrepancies or coverage status inquiries. Document all client interactions thoroughly to ensure every team member stays informed. Requirements Active Connecticut Property and Casualty insurance license. Minimum of two years experience in an insurance agency setting. Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar agency management systems. Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite and digital documentation. Ability to explain complex coverage details in plain language.
