Adorn Bar & Restaurant Server - Part Time

Open Opportunity The Adorn Bar & Restaurant Server is an essential member of the Adorn team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to guests. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and prioritize. Successful candidates should be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems, and ready to accept assignments on an as‑needed basis to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. As one of the primary contacts for guests dining in the restaurant, the server is responsible for serving food and beverages. Duties include greeting and welcoming guests, suggestive selling, describing dishes, recommending beverage pairings, anticipating guests’ needs, and monitoring overall satisfaction. Servers must maintain a clean work environment and have thorough knowledge of all menu items. They must operate effectively as part of a team and help create an environment where motivated people can learn, contribute, and advance. What you bring Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems. Service passion for luxury hospitality. Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Previous work experience in a free‑standing restaurant or bar strongly preferred. Candidates must have valid work authorization for the United States.
