CAD Drafter (Residential Projects)

Please only apply if you are local to the Tampa FL area and have prior AutoCAD Drafting experience on residential projects We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter with strong residential design experience to support the development of construction documents, design plans, and project drawings. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of residential building codes, architectural standards, and drafting best practices. This role works closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to produce accurate, high-quality drawings for new builds, renovations, and additions. This role is fully onsite in Tampa FL Salary: $25-30/hour Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts for residential projects using AutoCAD. Develop and update construction documents based on design specifications, field measurements, and client requirements. Ensure all drawings comply with residential building codes, zoning requirements, and company drafting standards. Revise and finalize plans based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project managers. Maintain organized project files, drawing logs, and version control throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve design conflicts, verify dimensions, and ensure accuracy.
