Responsibilities Develop prospects and sell Shelter products in your agency. Bring on staff to assist with general administrative duties and improve sales, if desired. Qualifications A motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong communication skills in a sales atmosphere. Sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful but not required. No capital or assets required to be considered for an agency. Ability to meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies.
