**Required Experience and Skills:** - Minimum 2 years of experience required - EPIC experience required - STEMI and Stroke facility experience required - Special care populations experience (cancer, sepsis, medical emergencies, behavioral health) - BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management - Continuous IV sedation, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Gunshot wounds, Head injury, ICP monitoring - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, Management of dysrhythmias - Near drowning, Neuro-Trauma, Non Trauma Emergency Department, Ortho trauma, Phlebotomy, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Spinal cord injury, Starting and maintaining IVs - Traumatic amputation, Traumatic Brain injury, Triage, Dysrhythmia Interpretation/EKG test **Required Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) **Preferred Experience:** - Community Hospital Experience - LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) Experience - Trauma Level I Experience - Trauma Level II Experience **Additional Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - Pass/Fail EKG exam required by all RNs for Cone Health regardless of specialty (2 attempts allowed) - Education Verification not accepted from schools on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list - No open cases on the background check - License in hand required with submission - Compliance requires a FULL compliance file by 12 noon EST by the Wednesday prior to start date - RTO due at time of submission - Local Radius: 50 miles. No Locals accepted; submission must include current DL to confirm address for local rule - All travelers are subject to float to any Cone Health campus if needed **Scheduling:** - 3x12s, Nights, 7p-7:30a (3p-3:30a occasionally if needed) - Up to every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed - Self-scheduling **Education:** - Education Verification through a 3rd party required
