Therapy - RRT

Respiratory Care Practitioner

Under general supervision, provide respiratory therapy services in a timely and efficient manner for all appropriate age levels. Administer therapeutic treatments as prescribed by medical staff. Record treatment information and patient responses in computerized medical records. Act as a resource person to medical staff. Perform invasive and noninvasive diagnostic testing and monitoring of patients. Provide age-appropriate care to patients. Ensure that respiratory equipment is cleaned and maintained. Maintain necessary respiratory therapy records. Perform as part of the quick response team for cardiac and respiratory arrests. Perform other duties as assigned.
