LPN Nurse - Part Time and Pool Part Time or Pool/PRN | Days (6:45am - 3pm) | Evenings (2:45pm - 11pm) | Nights (10:45pm - 7am) Pay Rate $26.54/hr - $32/hr (based on experience) PLUS Shift Premiums for Evenings ($3.50) and Nights ($2.50) Responsibilities Working with all nursing personnel to develop comprehensive care plans based on an accurate initial assessment of resident needs and strengths Providing work schedules and assignments to a group of non‑exempt employees or a small group of professionals Conducting performance reviews, recommending and may conduct disciplinary action and resolution Qualifications Temporary Practice Permit for a Graduate Practical Nurse or an LPN License Current CPR certification Sincere interest in and concern for quality of care for the elderly and for those with limited physical and/or mental capacity Effective communication orally and written with supervisors, subordinates, peers, residents and their families, visitors to the facility, and other departmental personnel Sound nursing judgment in the performance of responsibilities Ability to analyze the effectiveness of medication and treatments and the potential for adverse reactions Long‑term care experience, preferred Benefits Industry‑leading benefits such as $0 cost medical coverage option Vacation Time/Flex Time and Paid Holidays Option for pay in lieu of benefits for full‑time employees Pay on‑demand.
