Position Title Sterile Processing Lead Evenings - Full Time Cambridge Tower A Position Summary / Career Interest: Under the direction of the Sterile Processing Manager and Supervisor, the Sterile Processing Team Lead is responsible for the coordination of the department activities/tasks on the assigned shift. Provides customer focused service to the department for accurate and efficient surgical services instrumentation support. Provides front-line leadership in line with Perioperative Services mission/vision for customer service and employee engagement. Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions Takes responsibility for self and/or team accountabilities and instills sense of ownership in others to improve performance; looks for ways to improve individual and/or team. Effectively manages the situation to minimize customer and staff stress while dealing with escalated issues. Recognizes, demonstrates and enables behaviors and attitudes necessary to ensure exceptional delivery of services. Consistently seeks and integrates feedback to improve service. Understands interests and concerns of other internal/cross-functional teams and incorporates their feedback into service/work processes.
