Job DetailsJob Location: PRIMARY - ELLSWORTH, KS 67439Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: Day Shift Clinic/Outpatient Float Nurse (LPN or RN) – Full-Time Ellsworth County Medical Center (ECMC) is seeking a full-time Clinic and Outpatient Float Nurse (LPN or RN) to support our Rural Health Clinic and specialty services providers and patients. This vital role helps deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative clinic and outpatient environment. You’ll ensure smooth patient flow, provide clinical support, and offer compassionate care that reflects ECMC’s core values of integrity, stewardship, compassion, and service. Qualifications POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required. Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in acute care setting preferred. Preferred Skills: Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Excellent interpersonal and technical skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language. Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills. Must have advanced computer and Microsoft program skills, electronic medical record experience, and the ability to operate necessary nursing equipment.
