About the Role

We’re looking for a Food Quality Assurance Supervisor to keep our standards high and our production running smoothly. You’ll be the frontline defender of product integrity, ensuring every item leaving our facility meets strict safety regulations and top-tier quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily QA/QC operations, audits, and pre-operational inspections on the plant floor.

• Train, mentor, and communicate seamlessly with a diverse workforce in both English and Spanish.

• Maintain and enforce HACCP, PCQI, and SQF/BRC food safety plans.

• Lead root-cause analyses and corrective action plans for any quality deviations.

• Partner closely with production managers to boost efficiency without compromising safety.

What You Bring

• Language: Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish (Preferred).

• Certifications: Active HACCP and PCQI certifications required. SQF or BRC Practitioner status is a major plus.

• Experience: 2+ years in food manufacturing quality assurance, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of FDA/USDA regulations, GMPs, and sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with special studies in cooperation with the Quality
Assurance and Marketing Department.
• Ensure the Traceability Corporate Program is tested regularly at each facility
and that all recall information is updated on a regular basis.

• Assist with corrective action completion and record-keeping for out-of-
compliance conditions at corporate and all subsidiaries.
• Assist on GFSI and Gluten-Free Plants Audits, audit preparation and ensure
the facilitation of required audit materials.
• Ensure that the QA shared database are organized, updated, and maintained
regularly in a complete and organized manner.
• Facilitate and train team members on the creation and update of fundamental
operational documents such as forms and procedures.
• Administer bi-annual FDA registrations for all Ole facilities.
• Maintain customer (retail and food service) documentation requirement up to
date and complete.
• Maintain, administer, and update the Raw Materials and Finished Product
Specifications Central Database.
• Maintain and update Document Control Module Systems and facilitate new
module migration process.
