Job Description Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery. Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process. Manage procurement of materials and equipment as needed for the project. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure project success. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple project components. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction processes. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
