Technical Writer (MES)

We are seeking Technical Writers to support documentation efforts related to a Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role will work with cross-functional teams to create and update operational, process, and system documentation in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and process documents.
• Gather information from subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Document MES-related processes and workflows.
• Review, revise, and update existing documentation.
• Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
• Support ongoing MES implementation and improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-4+ years of Technical Writing experience.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Experience creating SOPs, work instructions, or process documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Exposure to medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries.
• Knowledge of document control processes and quality systems.

Ideal Candidate:

A technical writer with 3-4 years of experience who can quickly understand manufacturing processes, work with subject matter experts, and create clear, effective documentation within an MES environment.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
