Youth Direct Support Professional (DSP) (Mora, MN) Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our youth foster care home in Mora, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. Your salary range is $23.25–$23.75 per hour, which may include a rate exception of $4.50 per hour for higher support needs. The role involves shifts between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, 25–35 hours per week, with every other weekend required. Flexibility for a variety of shifts is essential. What you’ll do as a DSP: Assist in day‑to‑day tasks for youth with disabilities and mental illness. Perform medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, personal hygiene, and medical care as needed. Facilitate community activities such as shopping, concerts, dining out, movies, fitness, outdoor recreation, and more. Develop meaningful relationships and contribute to a person‑centered culture. Work typical 4–8 hour shifts, scheduled during the week and every other weekend. Qualifications: Pass a post‑offer background check. Have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check. Be 21 or older to work in youth foster care settings.
