Project Manager - Product Commercialization

As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.Project Manager - Product CommercializationJob Duties Lead and manage the Product Commercialization Process (PCP) from project kickoff through launch measurements for new and existing products• Coordinate enterprise-wide product launches and feature releases across cross-functional teams• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with clear ownership, accountability, and milestones• Act as the central point of contact, consolidating inputs and communicating updates to stakeholders• Drive alignment and execution across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Training, Service, and related teams• Monitor project performance, including schedules, budgets, and key metrics to ensure successful delivery• Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, and changes to scope, timeline, or cost• Apply best practices in project management to lead planning, execution, and documentation across multiple projects • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and/or programs. • Ensure all commercialization deliverables are completed to support a consistent, scalable, and successful product commercialization processMinimum Qualifications• 5-7 years related experience• Bachelor’s degree (Business)Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED• Very little to no travel• Overnight stays unlikely• Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workdayPreferred Qualifications• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • Familiarity with enterprise business systems and tools (ERP, CRM, project management platforms, etc.)• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Workfront, MS Project)• Strong Excel, Word, OneNote and PowerPoint skills.• Strong communications skills are required.Work Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
