Recruiting Coordinator

Job title- Recruiting Coordinator Pay rate- $22/hour Location- Charlotte NC (100% Onsite) Duration- 3 months contract to begin with.. Schedule- Monday to Friday, First Shift Job Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews to keep the hiring process moving smoothly Create and route job requisitions for approval to ensure proper workflow Serve as a backup to Recruiters by processing and administering hiring documents when needed Initiate background checks and monitor reports to ensure timely onboarding Maintain applicant files and ensure records are compliant with company policies and laws Collaborate with Recruiters to support company-wide Talent Acquisition services and initiatives Provide ad hoc reports and support for special projects as requested by Recruiters or HR Leaders #INDWEST #J-18808-Ljbffr
