Registered Nurse - Night ShiftWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Night Shift position. The selected candidates will be required to float to multiple inpatient units, including Medical, Surgical/Peds, Ortho/Neuro, and Sub-Acute Units.ResponsibilitiesUtilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and policies.Document patient care according to standards.Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to individualized patient needs.Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities.Provide clinical expertise guidance to support patient care across units.Utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and experience.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent Wisconsin RN License.NIHSS Certification.CPR/BLS Certification.Education verification required.ScheduleThis is a Night Shift position, scheduled from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, requiring every other weekend and holiday shifts.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
