Manufacturing/Production Associate

• Component Assembly: Assemble small, intricate automotive parts by hand or using basic hand tools according to strict specifications and work orders.
• Machine Operation: Load raw materials, monitor, and feed automated or semi-automated manufacturing machinery.
• Quality Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of components and finished products to detect defects, flaws, or missing parts.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate daily production logs and immediately report mechanical malfunctions or errors to the shift supervisor.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Ability to stand in one designated place for the entirety of an 8-to-10 hour shift.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for repetitive assembly tasks.
• Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 35–50 pounds occasionally.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly roles is a plus, but entry-level applicants are welcome.
• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance history, and dependable transportation.
• Ability to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen and background check.
