Picture your day: you suit up, review the day's work orders and drawings, set up your station, and begin joining metal components with clean, repeatable spot welds. You monitor quality, keep pace with production targets, and close your shift with a tidy, safe, and organized work area. How your day flows

Start-up: Review work instructions, drawings, and production specs before aligning parts.
Setup: Prepare and operate resistance spot-welding equipment; make necessary equipment adjustments.
Production: Position and clamp components, execute welds, and keep output steady to meet targets.
Quality: Inspect welds for nugget quality and alignment; identify defects and correct promptly.
Support: Use hand tools and measuring devices to confirm fit-up and dimensions.
Safety: Follow established PPE and safety procedures at all times.
Close-out: Maintain a clean, organized cell and assist with additional production duties as assigned.

What you bring

Previous experience in spot welding or a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Background with welding equipment, metal fabrication, or assembly a plus
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail and hand–eye coordination
Comfort working in a fast-paced production setting
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
