Provide field layout, survey, and engineering support for the Civil and Structural scope of a high-profile industrial BESS project — ensuring every pad,
foundation, and structure lands exactly where it needs to.
What You'll Lead
- Field layout and control for concrete pads, foundations, slabs, and equipment bases.
- Survey verification for structural supports and containment structures
- Layout support for grading, drainage, trenching, and underground utilities
- Quality control checks against design drawings and tolerances
- Daily coordination with superintendents, engineering, OEMs, and commissioning teams
What You Bring
- Experience running layout/survey on civil, structural, or concrete scopes
- Proficiency with total stations, GPS/robotic survey equipment, and layout
- software
- Strong industrial concrete background — not commercial, not highway
- Solid site civil experience on power, industrial, or energy projects
- Ability to manage tight-footprint, multi-discipline work fronts
- Willingness to travel to project sites
