Driver Services Help Desk SpecialistOpen Until Filled GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Driver Services Help Desk Specialist, located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, provides essential support to driver license examiners and staff, as well as commercial and non-commercial drivers, ID card holders, state driver licensing agencies, and the general public. This position serves as a key resource for issuing and transferring driver licenses and identification cards, researching records, and resolving complex problems related to driver credentials. The specialist evaluates and verifies information for accuracy, ensures driving records are current, and confirms compliance with state laws, federal regulations, and agency policies and procedures. Through clear communication, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills, this role helps maintain the integrity of driver records while delivering timely and professional customer service.
