Career Strategies is partnering on a confidential search for an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee a diverse, privately owned portfolio throughout San Diego County.

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned property management professional seeking direct exposure to ownership and the ability to make a meaningful impact across a varied portfolio that includes multifamily, commercial, renovation, and lease-up assets .

Portfolio Highlights:

• Diverse portfolio consisting of 90+ residential units across multiple communities
• Mix of multifamily, duplex, and single-family assets
• Oversight of active renovation and lease-up projects
• Commercial portfolio consisting of 39 office/medical tenants , retail, and additional income-producing assets
• Opportunity to work directly with ownership and influence operational strategy

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a multi-site residential and commercial portfolio
• Manage property performance, occupancy, resident relations, and tenant retention initiatives
• Lead renovation projects, capital improvements, and lease-up activities
• Prepare and manage operating budgets while monitoring financial performance
• Supervise vendors, contractors, and property maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain high operational standards
• Partner directly with ownership on strategic initiatives and portfolio growth

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of multi-site property management experience required
• Experience managing multifamily portfolios required
• Commercial property management experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience with budgets, financial reporting, and vendor management
• Experience overseeing renovations, capital projects, or lease-ups preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• California property management experience highly preferred
