About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified NICU RN in Memphis, Tennessee, 38103!

• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level IV NICU.
• Attend deliveries as the resuscitation nurse, ensuring immediate and effective newborn care.
• Care for well babies as needed while maintaining vigilance for emergent situations.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver family-centered care.
• Document patient care accurately and timely according to hospital protocols.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and clinical guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Level IV NICU nursing experience ( strict requirement )
• First-time NICU nurses accepted only if they have 3+ years of relevant nursing experience
• Valid RN license in compliance with NLC guidelines (Pending licenses not accepted)
• Weekend availability as needed (block weekend schedule not typically offered, but can be discussed)
