Job Description: *POSITION: Adjunct Faculty - Behavioral Sciences:*Behavioral Sciences Department; Liberal Arts Division; Haverhill (100 Elliott Street) or Lawrence campuses (45 Franklin Street); MCCC/MTA DCE Unit Position *SUMMARY:*We are seeking instructors for our pool of Adjunct Faculty to teach various Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology courses on an as-needed basis for the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 Semesters. Successful applicants would teach 3-credit courses in Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to Sociology, or Cultural Anthropology. Classes are held on NECC's Haverhill and/or Lawrence campuses. Seeking instructors for primarily day and evening face-to-face classes, which could include Early College classes. Future possibility of online or hybrid instruction exists and would require successful completion of mandatory training. A list of potential courses can be found online in the Course Catalog. Please note: Positions will be available pending sufficient enrollment. *REPORTS TO:*Dean of Liberal Arts *RESPONSIBILITIES: * * Teach assigned courses according to Academic Catalog description and established departmental student learning outcomes. * Adhere to all NECC policies and MCCC contract requirements, including policies regarding grading, deadlines, evaluation process, syllabus requirements, materials posted on the LMS, and required meetings.
