- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with call center software and CCS systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.
- Answer inbound customer calls to provide support, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, provide updates, and conduct service outreach.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the customer management system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Adhere to all compliance, privacy, and security standards.
