Store Marketing Manager

Local Store Marketing Manager Location: Central New York Employment Type: Full-time | Field-based | Non-exempt Salary: $55,000–$65,000 Travel: Significant regional travel with mileage reimbursement Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with a growing, multi-location quick-service restaurant franchise organization to hire a Local Store Marketing Manager. This field-based position will support approximately 8–10 franchise locations by increasing customer traffic, catering sales, community engagement, and local brand awareness. The successful candidate will spend most of the week visiting stores, conducting community outreach, building partnerships, and helping franchisees turn local marketing efforts into measurable results. What You’ll Do Develop and execute local marketing plans for assigned franchise locations. Visit stores weekly to coordinate priorities with franchisees and managers. Conduct targeted outreach to businesses, schools, healthcare organizations, government offices, sports teams, and community groups. Identify catering opportunities, conduct presentations and tastings, follow up on leads, and develop recurring customer relationships. Build partnerships with schools, PTAs, youth sports organizations, chambers of commerce, business associations, and local employers. Coordinate fundraiser nights, sponsorships, community events, in-store promotions, and point-of-sale materials. Represent the brand at festivals, sporting events, farmers markets, and other community activities. Train store teams to respond to catering inquiries and sustain local marketing activity between visits. Track customer counts, catering revenue, partnerships, leads, events, and completed marketing activities. Submit weekly activity reports and participate in monthly performance reviews with leadership. What We’re Looking For Demonstrated success building relationships and generating new business. Strong communication, presentation, organization, and follow-up skills. Confidence conducting cold outreach to businesses, schools, and community organizations. A self-directed working style and comfort spending most of the week independently in the field. Basic proficiency with reporting systems and CRM tools. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel extensively throughout Central New York. Preferred Qualifications Experience in local-store marketing, field marketing, catering sales, business development, or community outreach. Restaurant, QSR, food-service, retail, or franchise experience. Existing relationships with Central New York businesses, schools, chambers, or community organizations. Experience with events, sponsorships, nonprofit fundraising, or business-to-business partnerships. Why Consider This Opportunity?
