Job Description

Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations. Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements. Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Coordinate activities among multiple prime contractors and stakeholders. Manage sequencing, site logistics, conflict resolution, and schedule integration. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations across all prime contractors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and construction processes. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong Procore experience. Experience coordinating and managing multi-prime construction projects. Knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and scheduling. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
